FSA Guaranteed Loan Interest Assistance Program
If eligible, you may qualify for the FSA guaranteed loan interest assistance program. This program effectively lowers the lender's interest rate(s) to the borrower by 4%. That's a 4% break on your interest rate!!

Fees:

A huge advantage when working with our company is that potential clients are not billed or charged for any work completed until a loan is closed. That means if we don't get a loan closed, then there are NO FEES! The only way we get paid is if we close the loan. That is how much confidence we have in our company, with no unnecessary risk to our potential clients.
