Fees

The advantage of working with FRCS is potential clients are not billed or charged until a loan is closed. That means if for some reason the loan isn’t closed, there are no fees charged to the potential client. The only way FRCS gets paid is if the loan is closed. Because we have confidence in our services, process, and company, there is no unnecessary risk to potential clients.

• Origination fee on Term Loans: 1% – one-time fee.
• Minimum fees and/or loan amount may apply.
